Course Info

Wide, fast, and safe course on Swan Island in North Portland - perfect for beginners or fast fields.

Good pavement, wide roads, with three wide turns: one sweeping turn, one 90-degree turn, and a tighter one.

Wide finishing straight for a good clean sprint.

Race direction will switch each race.

Please note: flaggers will ensure rider safety, but riders should use caution as this race occurs on public roads - this is not a 100% closed course.

All races are held at Swan Island in Portland, Oregon, located just 10-minutes north of Downtown.

Ample street parking on a weekend, especially for those who come early.

This race is sanctioned by the and follows the OBRA racing rules. OBRA 1-day or Annual Membership required

Not a closed course

A reminder: this is not a closed course! Although this is a low traffic area, especially on weekends and flaggers will stop/direct traffic to keep racers safe, but racers should be mindful that this is still not a 100% closed course.

Helmets Required

At OBRA events, helmets must be worn whenever riding a bike.

Port-a-Potties

We will have port-a-potties!

Bring Your Own Water

There will not be easy access to drinking water - make sure to bring your own water.

No parking or warming up by OBRA tents

No bikes in the Wagner logistics parking lot, including warming up. See course map above.

Wheel Corral Available

If you need a spare wheel, a wheel corral is available during the time of your race. Bring your wheel to the corral before.
